A simple movement to practice being present in your life.


Stand up from where you are. Choose a spot in the room to slowly walk toward without losing your focus from that spot. Breathe slowly and deliberately as you move. Repeat in another direction towards another object. One more time. Breathe, rest and move to your sitting position in the room.


Nothing to judge, nothing to analyze, just experience paying attention..
